Fat Burning Foods are the quickest way to burn more fat, flatten your abs, and see body shaping results is to change up what you eat.
It doesn't matter how awesome your fat burning work out is, if you continue to fill your body with crap. And while there is no one magic food, these a few that are at the top of my list because they're quick, they curb your cravings, and keep your metabolism fast.

6th is Yogurt Yogurts are a wonderful source of protein and 5th on my list. It has the added benefit of live cultures which boost your immune system and keeps you healthy. I personally prefer Greek yogurt. It's a thicker style of yogurt and higher in protein. And I add any fresh fruit that I want to add a new flavor. You need to be careful though when you go to choose yogurts. READ THE LABEL. Watch out for the yogurts that have added sugars and especially the brands that have high fructose corn syrup. Be sure to read those labels!
And last But Not Least, Eggs The incredible edible egg, and yes eggs are good for you. This is the most complete source of protein that you can put into your body. Your body needs the amino acids in eggs to help build the new lean muscle cells that help boost your metabolism. Plus eggs are cheap they're affordable. We're all talking about needing healthy foods that we can fit into our budget, eggs will do it. And they're so versatile. You can make eggs a hundred different ways so you will never get bored.
